RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please review our full return policy for details.

How do I start a return?

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are available for size or color if the item is in stock.

ORDER ISSUES
What if my item is damaged or defective?
Contact us at fourgildedthreads@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

What if my package is lost?
If your package hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, contact us. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

What payment methods do you accept?

TAXES
Why is sales tax charged on my order?
As a Florida-based business, we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Florida. This includes any applicable county surtaxes.

I live outside of Florida. Will I be charged sales tax?

What is use tax?
